That is worth asking, because most of the companies you will find for this search are not. A lot of them are national agencies with a page for every town in Colorado, and the person who builds your site has never driven past your shop.

No. We build across the Front Range, from Castle Rock and Parker down through Colorado Springs to Pueblo, and a handful further out.
Monument just gets the shortest drive, and it happens to be where the largest group of our clients is.
For searches that name Monument or the Tri-Lakes, yes, and being here is the advantage rather than the handicap. Google weighs how close a business is to the person searching, and for those searches you are the close one.
For a broad Colorado Springs search, honestly, it is harder. A Springs business twenty minutes south starts ahead on distance alone. The realistic plan is to own Monument, Palmer Lake and Woodmoor first, then push south from a position of strength rather than starting there.
