A Local Crew in a Market Full of Storm Chasers
Bahman Moquim started Steadfast Construction after nine years managing roofing, siding and gutter projects, and after a career in healthcare that taught him to treat every client the way he would want his own family treated. Steadfast handles roof replacements and repairs, siding, seamless gutters, windows and commercial roofing across Parker and Douglas County, and walks homeowners through hail and storm damage claims.
Their edge is that they stay. Steadfast is Parker-based and works year-round, with premium materials from names like James Hardie, LP SmartSide, DaVinci and Malarkey, and a clear explanation at every step.
The challenge: earning trust after a hailstorm
After every big hailstorm, Douglas County fills up with out-of-town roofers knocking on doors. Homeowners have learned to be wary. Steadfast needed a website that proves they are local, explains the insurance process in plain language, and makes it easy to ask for a free inspection without feeling pressured.
A 16-Page Website, Hand-Coded From Scratch
No WordPress, no page builder, no template. Every page was written and built for Steadfast, and every one of them is built to turn a worried homeowner into a scheduled inspection.
Call or book, right from the first screen
The homepage opens on Douglas County's roofing and exterior experts, with two clear choices: call Steadfast now, or request a free consultation. The phone number and email sit in the top bar, and the consultation button stays in the header on every page.
One tap to call from any phone
Hail damage gets noticed from the driveway, phone in hand. On mobile, tap-to-call and email buttons sit at the very top of every page, and the free consultation page walks a homeowner from an online consultation to a free inspection to an honest estimate.
A page for every job they do
Ten service pages cover roof replacement, roof repairs, inspections, siding replacement and repairs, gutter replacement and repairs, windows, commercial roofing and insurance claims. The insurance claims page speaks straight to the homeowner who has paid premiums for years, and a Castle Rock page reaches the neighbors just down I-25.
Financing answered before the first call
A new roof is a big number. We built a financing calculator into the consultation page and the roof, siding and window pages, so homeowners can see a monthly payment before they ever pick up the phone. The consultation page is where most of Steadfast's form submissions start: 16 of 20 since July.
